This Privacy Policy explains how Aspire Utopia Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the SoriT Hopper mobile game (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide

• Phone number: You may be asked to provide your phone number for essential functions such as account setup, verifying your identity (e.g., via OTP), securing your leaderboard score, and preventing duplicate accounts.
• Nickname / Display Name: Used to identify you on public game leaderboards.

b) Information collected automatically

• Device Identifiers: Device model, OS version, language, country, and the Google Advertising ID (AAID).
• Ad-Related Information: We utilize the Android Privacy Sandbox APIs (including Topics and Attribution APIs) to serve relevant advertisements. This allows the App to understand general interests without tracking individual users.
• Fraud & Integrity Data: To ensure a fair gaming environment and prevent ad fraud, the App may check for the presence of device integrity signals, such as whether biometric hardware is active.
  Note: We do not collect, access, or store your actual fingerprint or facial data. This check is used solely for device verification.
• Game Activity: Scores, lives used, and session timestamps.
• Log Data: IP address, request URL, and error logs (for security and debugging).

c) Payment information

If you make in-app purchases via Google Play Billing, Chapa, Telebirr, or other local providers, those payments are processed by those providers. We receive only the necessary transaction references to validate your purchase. We do not store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To manage your player profile and leaderboard ranking.
• To verify your identity via OTP (specifically for users in Ethiopia).
• To detect cheating, fraud, or abuse of the game APIs and advertising systems.
• To process in-app purchases and unlock game content.
• To serve advertisements that are relevant and personalized.
• To improve game performance, stability, and security.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process this data because it is necessary to provide the App (performance of a contract), and to protect our legitimate interests (e.g., preventing score fraud, protecting ad revenue, and ensuring server security).

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information with:

• Advertising Partners: We share device identifiers and ad interaction data with Meta (Facebook Audience Network) and Google (AdMob). These partners use this data to serve, measure, and optimize advertisements.
• Service Providers: Hosting and analytics providers who help us run the App.
• Payment Processors: Google Play, Chapa, and Telebirr to confirm your purchases.
• Authorities: Only if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Third-Party Advertising and Analytics

Our App includes third-party SDKs, specifically the Meta Audience Network. These third parties may use cookies and device identifiers to collect information about your use of the App. You can manage your ad preferences via your Android device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads). 6. Data Security

We host our backend on secure servers and use reasonable technical measures (such as HTTPS) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We keep leaderboard and gameplay data for as long as needed to operate the game logic. Payment logs and security records may be kept longer for accounting and fraud prevention requirements.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it where required.

9. Your Rights
